WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worse customer experience I've ever had!!
I ordered the gopro10 over two weeks ago so I could take it on my overseas trip on Thursday. Shipping to NZ 3-10 days at a cost of $65, at that price I would have expected it in 3 days.

The first two customer service agents just repeated the company line of "we have your order and when it gets shipped you will receive a tracking no" The third CS agent tried to do the same, but by the end of our conversation said he would put a priority on it and then today, they tell me there was a system glitch and the order was cancelled yesterday, I am fuming!!!

Their email response "We'll be taking full ownership and accountability of the entire experience you had, and we do understand that this is not what you have expected, but we'll definitely make sure that you get refunded as soon as possible as well." Well, I would hope so after that shambles! I will never order from you again.
Thanks for nothing and sort your shipping out :(

Went on the Go Pro website

Went on the Go Pro website. They requested my email for a 10% off coupon that didn't have any stipulations. Went to purchase and couldn't use the coupon. Contacted Customer Support. They said I could use the coupon on the next purchase. Scam to get your email! Shame on Go Pro.

Shocking customer experience

I have ordered a GoPro hero 10 three times now and each time they have sent me a generic email, apologising, saying they can't fulfill my order, but with zero explanation why. This is despite the website dealing in pounds £s, processing the payment and moreover, the site provides clear indication that shipping to the UK is normal for them. I contacted their customer services one of the times and they gave an excuse that I'd ordered too many extra batteries and they could only ship 2 or less in the box. Put the spare batteries in another box then!! They then recommended I placed a new order!! The other two orders were straight forward x1 camera only orders and both were not fulfilled. Clearly there is an issue with shipping to the UK here that they are not being honest about. I am sure they must be in breach of distance selling regulations somehow or misrepresentation law. Utterly terrible and False. Do not attempt to buy directly from here if you are in the UK.

Ordered two batteries

Ordered two batteries. Received a message to say they had been delivered - they hadn’t. Then told that sometimes this message comes through 36 hours before delivery!! No satisfactory resolution over a week after the order was placed. Sent an email from ‘support’ centre which told me not to reply to the email as my case was closed!!! I want my batteries. Go pro should be ashamed at the shocking lack of service.

Stay clear of Gopro

Do not buy anything from GoPro. Purchased camera and somehow I also received the subscription that I didn’t even know I had. Automatically was extended without any notification from them. When finally finding a phone nos they refused a refund. I am reporting them to BBB and Chase Bank. Stay clear of GoPro.

There is no hyperbole when so say this…

There is no hyperbole when so say this is the single worst company I have ever dealt with. “No questions asked replacement” took 8 months. Four times the auto system rang and put the phone down. When I did get someone, 75 minutes to get through the process to get a return label. When I explain I want to feedback a problem, I get told they’ve done it. How? I didn’t tell them what it was. They force me into the auto queue to talk about the problem … Hangs up on me and emails me trying to say I didn’t pick up and directs to web support. Anyone see a problem with that never ending cycle of nonsense? Absolute complete liabilities on the service front. Decent camera. I’m cancelling my subscription and going to DJI. For a comparison - Faulty drone, less than 10 minutes.

Good marketing BAD SERVICE

Good marketing. Bad poor service. Advertised with free 1st annual cloud subscription. That seems not to be true. Will be invoiced separately. Subscripbtion charged but ended ( Not be me) If any question, contact is almost not possible. Only via chat (No email) it is possible with some waiting hours and several droppes. Phone call back options is possible. Never received a phone call back.

Up date

It was extremely distressing not being able to contact the company. After more than two months, I have finally received the full refund for the camera and the subscription.
Over two months for a refund is not acceptable, I was beginning to think I would have to employ the services of a solicitor to force a refund.

Copy of my complaint. Still waiting on reply... To Whom it may concern, Following my lengthy phone discussion today with Kate from customer support regarding "faulty dive housing" resulting in complete camera failure, I'm sending you photos that you requested. Yesterday I purchased a Dive Housing from one of your official agents here in Waikiki Hawaii, The Bike Factory and the first time I went to use it today, the housing has leaked and now has completely damaged my camera and memory card holding all our photos of our holiday. As discussed, I believe the product that was sold to me to be faulty and I'm now requesting that you replace my Dive Housing and my camera that was damaged due to this faulty GoPro product. This should be a non issue to a reputable company such as yours and rectified and replaced in good faith. I find it very disappointing that so far you have acknowledged possible fault but not offered any suitable compensation to reimburse me for losses that your faulty product has caused to my own personal equipment. I find the 40% discount as compensation to replace damage caused by your faulty product not acceptable. In summary, As the goods sold to me are defective, by law, it is your responsibility to replace the defective and damaged products it has caused. I await your reply by return with this matter.
